Okay, if I knew that selecting the proper book cover was more difficult than writing the story, I may have picked a cover concept FIRST and crafted the story around it… maybe next time. Given the broad elements of this story, we eventually ruled out anything that was too specific to abortion (the reason we changed the orginal name of the book), rape, human trafficking, organ transplants, evil physicians, evil businessmen, or even anything leaning towards demonic or the paranomal. SO, after weeks of scouring the internet for concept ideas, discarding dozens of mock-ups, and dealing with extremely conflicting opinions from family and friends, we finally decided on using a bold and simple type to convey the title on a stark white background. The cover below represents the initial cover for the eBook edition and may be altered slighlty when we release the hard print copy. I’m sure it will strike everyone differently, but I guess that’s just fine. More importantly, we are now preparing for a Virtual Book Tour to coincide with the release of the eBook in early March. It will be here before ya know it!
